Indian Health Clinic
NARA’s treatment approach is collaborative and strengths based, utilizing a wide variety of treatment modalities. Native American culture and spirituality informs our work and is offered to all of our clients. Our treatment model is based on the Medicine Wheel, integrating Health (wellness), Mental Health, Sobriety, and Culture into all of our work. These services are offered at each of our sites. Referrals and linkages are provided as needed.
Wellness services are provided at our NARA Indian Health Clinics, and accessible throughout all of our programs. Wellness Services include a variety of healthcare services from family medicine to women’s exams, and diabetes testing to tobacco cessation. We serve our Indian Community from infants to elders.

The NARA Indian Health Clinics have on-site Medical Doctors, Family Nurse Practitioners, Registered Nurses, Licensed Clinical Social Workers and Medical Assistants. Our Indian Health Clinic is a Federally Qualified Health Clinic and one of Indian Health Service’s Urban Indian Health Clinics. NARA is licensed by the State of Oregon to provide Mental Health and Addiction Treatment Services for all ages.
Referral & Intake Process
Appointments can be made during business hours. Hours of operation are Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, 7:30 a.m.-7:30 p.m., Tuesday 7:30 a.m.-5:00 p.m., and Friday, 7:30 a.m.-6:00 p.m.
