Outpatient Treatment
Our Outpatient Treatment Center provides a variety of treatment services from Intensive Outpatient Treatment to Aftercare Services for adults ages 17 and up.

Services available through the program includes:
· Assessment and Evaluation
· Individual and Family Counseling
· Gender-Specific Groups
· Traditional Ceremonies
· Health Education Groups
· Parenting Groups
· DUI Rehabilitation Program
· Cognitive Behavioral Therapy Group

Mental Health Assessments, Evaluations and Child Care are available on site. The Outpatient Program also has an on-site medical clinic staffed with family nurse practitioners, registered nurse and medical doctors. All services are developed around the philosophy that culture is the foundation of all we do.

OUR STAFF
The Outpatient Treatment Center is licensed by the State of Oregon to provide alcohol and drug treatment services and mental health treatment services and staffed with licensed chemical dependency counselors, licensed clinical social workers, family nurse practitioners, registered nurses, medical doctors, psychiatrist, and a psychologist.

REFERRAL & INTAKE PROCESS
Referrals for Outpatient Treatment are taken Monday through Friday during business hours 8:00 – 5:00 pm. Please contact one of our admission coordinators at 503.231.2641. All calls are returned within one business day. Individuals seeking treatment will need a current Alcohol & Drug Assessment, Physical Exam, and TB test prior to being reviewed and approved by the admissions committee.

TREATMENT APPROACH
Our treatment approach is holistic and incorporates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Motivational Enhancement Therapy within the context of American Indian and Alaska Native spirituality and culture. All treatment is developed using a strength-based approach to build on the positive supports and strengths of each individual, their children, and their family. Hours of operation are Monday – Friday 8:00A.M – 5:00 P.M.

Adolescent Treatment Services

Our adolescent program provides a variety of services to children ages 13 to 21 years old. For children under the age of 13 or over the age of 21, we are available to assist with referral to treatment options that are appropriate for these age groups. Services available through the program include :
· Assessment and Education
· Early intervention Counseling,
· Individual, Family and Group Counseling,
· Cultural Activities,
· Peer Support,
· Health, Education Groups.
