The Madison building is Located in the Goose Hollow
Neighborhood. The Madison building is the main administrative
building for NARA.
ADOLESCENT TREATMENT SERVICES Our adolescent program provides a variety of services to children ages 13 to 21 years old. For children under the age of 13 or over the age of 21, we are available to assist with referral to treatment options that are appropriate for these age groups. Services available through the program include Assessment and Education, Early intervention Counseling, Individual, Family, and Group Counseling, Cultural Activities, Peer Support, Health, Education Groups. Mental Health Assessment and Evaluation; Outreach Services. All services are developed around the philosophy that c u l t u re is the foundation of all we do. REFERRAL PROCESS Referrals are taken Monday through Friday during business hours. Please contact Gary Thomas, at 503.224.1044. All calls are returned within one business day and a confidential intake appointment is offered within 48 hours of the referral contact. IN TAKE & ASSESSMENT PROCESS The intake and assessment process is individualized and includes all interested family members whenever possible. A counselor will meet with the child and family members for part of the process and then meet individually with the child to determine the best course of treatment to meet the child’s needs. Initial treatment recommendations are made at the end of the assessment process and a counselor will be assigned to continue the treatment
