The NARA Indian Health Clinic provides a variety of healthcare services from family medicine including women’s exams, diabetes classes and diabetes testing. We serve our Indian community from infants to elders. Other services include: · Breast and Cervical Cancer Early Detection Program · Nutritional Counseling · Immunizations · Sexually Transmitted Disease (STD) testing, · Education and Treatment · Well Baby / Child Clinics · Community Resources · Parent Care (Limited) · OHP Eligibility · Safety Net · HIV Testing & Counseling · Elders Programs
Mental health assessments, evaluations and counseling are available on site by Licensed Clinical Social Workers. All services are developed around the philosophy that culture is the foundation of all we do. OUR STAFF
The NARA Indian Health Clinic has on-site medical doctors, family nurse practitioners, registered nurses, licensed clinical social workers, and medical assistants. The NARA Indian Health Clinic is also licensed by the State of Oregon to provide mental health services.
HEALTH CARE APPROACH
The NARA Indian Health Clinic approaches healthcare in a holistic manner. We believe in treating our community by addressing their physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual needs.
HOURS OF OPERATION
The clinic is open Monday – Friday 7:30 AM – 5:00 PM, open til 7:30pm Mondays, Wednesdays and Thursdays. Appointments can be made Monday through Friday during business hours. Please contact one of our receptionists at 503.230.9875 to schedule an appointment.
