Employment

The Native American Rehabilitation Association of the Northwest, Inc. (NARA) is a private, non-profit organization that provides culturally appropriate education, physical- and mental-health services, and substance-abuse treatment and recovery services to Native Americans, Alaska Natives, and all who seek help at NARA.

NARA constantly strives to recognize and reward its employees’ professional successes. We offer a very generous benefits package of employer paid medical and dental insurance, twelve (12) paid holidays each year, separate vacation and sick day accruals which increase with years of service, an employer matched 401(k) program, employer paid short and long term disability, and employer paid life insurance.

To apply, send cover letter, resume, salary requirements, and how you learned of the job to jobs@naranorthwest.org or fax to 503-224-4494. NARA requires a minimum of two years sobriety and clean time for those in recovery. All incoming employees are asked to commit to modeling a drug and alcohol free lifestyle. All potential hires are required to pass a pre-employment (post-offer) drug screen and criminal background check.
