NARA NW’s Breast & Cervical Cancer Prevention Program will be hosting a Cervical Cancer Screening Event!

According to the American Indian Cancer Foundation:
- American Indian women are twice as likely to develop cervical cancer as compared to white women.
- COVID-19 increased cancer burdens in our communities due to cancer screening delays.
- A PAP test is recommended for all women from ages 21-64. All individuals who have a cervix should get screened, including transgender, gender nonconforming, and Two Spirit patients.
Patients who complete a cervical cancer screening on 1/26/2023 will receive a self-care bundle!
